Compound Hiragana symbols
These are made by combining two Hiragana symbols. The second is a "ya", "yo", or "yu"; it is written close to the first symbol and slightly smaller.
gya, hya, cha, kya
gyo, hyo, cho, kyo
gyu, hyu, chu, kyu
ja, bya, mya, sha
jo, byo, myo, sho
ju, byu, myu, shu
pya, rya, nya
pyo, ryo, nyo
pyu, ryu, nyu
